From October 2nd to 6th, 25 field players, workers, tutors and experienced volunteers gathered for a seminar organized in Barcelona. To exchange, discuss good concrete practices for supporting volunteers throughout their project and make them their own.
The objective : to equip ourselves to better support young volunteers in enriching and impactful experiences for them and for the world around us.
