Apart from the flat charges, volunteers share a space and the cleaning and daily hygiene products. To get organized and divide equally the expenses, the volunteers can have a ‘roommate’ box.

Step by step guide
At the beginning of the month, when the ESC allocation is paid, every roommate puts 10 euros (or more) in the rommate box.
It is then used throughout the month every time someone buys common things for the house.

The roommates have to agree on using it, and how much the put, as well as what are they untitled to pay with the common money (all the basics for food or not ?! for example).
