We love to cook during a project when it is possible in order to be able use regional groceries. That way, volunteers can also get to know regional kitchen and cooking, while maybe tasting new and exciting food.
Important to highlight!Even though the activity aims to use regional food and teach about sustainability at the same time volunteer can fully take advantage of the social aspects of the methodology. Participants get to connect with each other, locals and the food they cool. We love the activity and do it whenever possible! |
