Sometimes the volunteers can be a bit bored, if they are in a low activity moment, because they don’t know what can be done and may not feel always comfortable ’bothering’ their tutor.
Then a ‘to do’ board can be placed in the volunteer’s office, or in the common team area.
Ingredients :
A big board, and post-it.
Step by step guide
Anytime someone thinks about a task to be done, non-essential lets say, he/she can put a post-it on the board.
Then, on low activity times, the volunteers can have a look, and do one of the tasks. It can also be a way to think about other missions to do.
