What challenge inspired this recipe?
In the past years, the Europeers Austria have organized at least one waste-collection meetup per year. The Europeers organized the events and invited local youngsters as well as the international ESC volunteers to participate. In this way, the events were a way of locals connecting with the international volunteers while doing something good for the environment together. After the clean-up work, the group usually still or enjoyed a picknick together in the area that they cleaned up, or went for a drink together afterwards.

Before you start cooking, keep in mind…
Funding is crucial: if no budget is available, the material could not be provided for free to the participants.
